What PrepWise is
PrepWise is a planning tool. It forecasts likely food surplus, estimates its cost and impact, and suggests actions. Forecasts and estimates are approximate and improve as you log more data.
What PrepWise is not
It is not a guarantee of savings, a food-safety system, or a substitute for your own judgment. Purchasing, prep, and donation decisions remain yours, made with your knowledge of your own operation.
Your account and data
You own the data you enter. Keep your login credentials private; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can remove items, logs, and demo data at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account entirely.
Fair use
Do not attempt to access other businesses' data, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or use PrepWise to store content you have no right to store. We may suspend accounts that put other users' data at risk.
Availability
PrepWise is offered as-is during its pilot program. We work to keep it available and to preserve your data, including cached forecasts when the forecast service is briefly unreachable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so plainly on this page and update the date below.
